Hi! I'm Irene.
I’m a product designer taking my first steps in the industry, but my passion for this field has been growing for years. I’m deeply interested in how design and strategy come together to create meaningful experiences. To me, great design is about improving people’s lives, but that also means understanding business goals and aligning them with user needs. Great design happens at that intersection.
Marketing plays a key role in my approach, but I believe its power lies in strategy, not just promotion. Understanding how to connect with people and create value for them is just as important as crafting intuitive interfaces. The best strategy isn’t about pushing people through a funnel; it’s about creating experiences that foster loyalty, advocacy, and long-term engagement. And at the heart of it all? Empathy.
But great design isn’t just about strategy—it’s also about execution. Efficiency is a core part of how I work. I believe that prioritization is the key to reducing friction and focusing on what truly matters—both in design and in everyday life. Whether it’s structuring tasks, streamlining workflows, or using tools like Notion (which I swear by!), I’m always looking for ways to optimize processes. To me, good organization isn’t just about productivity; it’s about creating space for meaningful, impactful design solutions.
I’m a junior designer. I have a lot to learn, but I’m confident that I’m starting with the right mindset—the technical skills to take the first steps and the drive to keep growing. That’s why I’m so excited for what’s to come—and the impact I can create along the way.
What I’m Looking for
A collaborative culture, where I can learn from and share with colleagues.
A company that values exploration, reflection, and continuous growt.
Ambitious projects that create meaningful value by balancing human and business impact.
Objectives
I know I still have a lot to grow. Life takes many turns, and while I can’t control everything, what’s in my hands is intention. That’s why my goals to keep learning, improving, and moving forward are:
Short-Term
Mid-Term
Long Term
